A brief history of Mimesia.

Prologue

While studying information technology in the late nineties, I (Alexander Christiaan Jacob) started designing an application to manage my contacts, design portfolio, and more. It had the incredibly silly working title Acj. Bizar’s Personal Project.

I soon realized that the tool would become infinitely more useful if others would also use it, and I could opt-in to changes they made to their own contact information, and could stay up-to-date on their portfolios.
